Painting

Coil coating is a continuous coating process based on high automation which is applied to metal before it is processed. Throughout a single process, metal roll is initially unwounded and both surfaces are cleaned. (Washed with special chemicals) Then both surfaces are chromated (Process increasing corrosion resistance and strengthening the adhesiveness of the coating), undercoated, furnaced, the finishing coat is applied, refurnaced and rolled for shipment (Finishing coats in different colors can be applied on the bottom and top surfaces, slicing and size cutting can be performed in addition).

Plastisol

Resistance against acidic and basic environments. Because its UV-resistance is low, it is not used for exterior in countries with hot climate. If desired, patterns can be applied on the surface.

PVDF

Resistance against UV rays, acidic and basic environments.

Polyester

Used on the interior and exterior widely. Economic. Can be given shape easily.
